About Us
Salazar’s Beachfront Bar & Grill is the creation of two Americans with a love for the village of L’Ampolla and the Terres de l’Ebre region. We grew up in Southern California which has a similar Mediterranean climate and was once part of New Spain. Our food is a fusion of cuisine from the New World and the Old World utilizing our wood fired grill and the bounty of fresh seasonal produce, meats, seafood, olive oil, and the wine this marvelous area is known for. We have added our American spin on the flavors and presentation. Salazar’s sits just above Platja de les Avellanes and commands a spectacular view of the Golfo de Sant Jordi for diners to enjoy. Salazar’s promises a pleasing atmosphere to tantalize your taste buds and enliven your soul with a fabulous meal. Try us out for a private party in our event room, a business lunch, romantic dinner, or drinks and appetizers with a sunset view.

Our fish and meat are locally sourced. Fish and seafood come directly from the region’s markets, while non-organic meat is carefully selected.
